JVCKENWOOD USA Corp. now offers $40 MINIMUM per trade-in of any model and any brand of radio, as long as it is in working condition and includes the battery, antenna, charger and cables.

Limited Time Offer Expires September 30, 2025.

	The minimum number of radios that can be sent in for trade at a time is eight (8) radios.
	The radios must be in working condition, and include battery, antenna, and charger.
	Trade-in radios are accepted with proof of purchase of an equivalent number of new KENWOOD LMR or BRS two-way radios. For example, if you trade in 8 radios, you will need to provide proof of purchase of 8 new KENWOOD LMR and/or BRS two-way radios.
	The $40 trade-in payment is sent to you in the form of a check.
	Please use the Trade-In form below to send details about the eight (8) or more working radios you are submitting for trade-in and to upload your proof of purchase of new KENWOOD LMR and/or BRS two-way radios. There is no limit on the number of any model and any brand of working two-way radio that you can send for trade-in.

Please be sure to fill out the form completely. Blue areas are mandatory.
Select a box and packing that will protect the radios. You will need to fill in weight and dimensions of the box on the form.
Print out a copy of the form before clicking submit.
After you submit the form, and if the radio models quality, you will receive an email within four (4) business days from UPS with the subject line “Your Returns Label is Ready”. The email will include the prepaid UPS shipping label that must be used to send the radios for trade-in. If you do not receive the email after four (4) business days, please check your spam and junk mail folders.
When you receive the shipping label, affix it to the box and label the box “Kenwood Trade-In”. We suggest that you take a photo of the box before shipping it via UPS.
Include a copy of the Trade In Form in the shipping box.
After the radios are received, they are inventoried and matched to the trade-in documentation.
You will receive an email with confirmation of the total trade-in payment you will receive.
The payment will arrive within 6-8 weeks after your radios are sent for trade-in.
